Customer Service Representative

Job Skills/Requirements
Description:
Manages the communication between the customer and production and quality departments to resolve issues and deliver product on time.
Responds to customer inquires for delivery.
MUST be a master  in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deal with diplomacy and tact.
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
